Of all the new communities currently being developed in Calgary, the demand for new housing in Nolan Hill this past September was the strongest, even outpacing 2014.

That includes all construction in Nolan Hill, not just single-family homes.

Record Applications Submitted

Last month, 33 building permit applications were submitted to the city planning and development department for single-family structures and 10 building applications for multi-family buildings.  Applications were submitted by the five builders participating in the Nolan Hill community, as well as the five builders working on multi-family projects.
