South East Calgary Real Estate Market

South East Calgary housing market statistics: As of January 16, 2019 there are currently 71 properties for sale in South East Calgary listed as active, with an average asking price of $322,383. The highest-priced property is $749,900; the lowest priced property can be purchased for $184,900. South East Calgary neighbourhood listings have an average price of $298 per square foot, based on listings with 2.4 bedrooms, 2.4 baths, and 1,099 square feet of living space.

SE Calgary Condo Amenities

The Cranston neighbourhood has two excellent new developments to offer.

Avalon Master Builder developed Bordeaux of Cranston for those seeking French Country-inspired townhouse condominium architecture designs.  Prospective homeowners can choose one of six "vintage" options, or floor plans, available. This will allow to have the plan that best suits their needs.
