South East Calgary Real Estate Market

South East Calgary housing market statistics: As of October 22, 2018 there are currently 94 properties for sale in South East Calgary listed as active, with an average asking price of $305,308. The highest-priced property is $649,900; the lowest priced property can be purchased for $159,900. South East Calgary neighbourhood listings have an average price of $296 per square foot, based on listings with 2.2 bedrooms, 2.3 baths, and 1,055 square feet of living space.

SE Calgary Condo Amenities

The Cranston neighbourhood has two excellent new developments to offer.
